Wake up, Pritzker has many of the same gigantic faults as The Phony. He will say anything to get elected, which is not unusual for an ambitious politician. But he has billions to pull the wool over voters eyes. Remind you of anybody?
Odd that Marek ignores the women in Pritzker’s other business units which is odd because she wrote a whole story about their asset management unit being run by a woman.
@CItyzen, while there are few, it’s incorrect to say there are no women in union leadership. Roberta Lynch of AFSCME, Alice Johnson of the nurses, Karen Lewis of CTU.
===Pritzker is an ardent pro abortion, so I’m sure Londigan is in a pickle===
To be fair, so is Bruce Rauner. What that has to do with Londrigan, I have no idea, but since you can’t even be bothered to pick a nickname I’m guessing your explanation wouldn’t be worth the effort of reading it.
More women in leadership means less sexual harassment. Mrs. blue is laughing hysterically right now. Just after she gets done with the laundry, cleaning windows, I hope she can cook me some dinner. Good grief.
Pritzker’s drawbacks in the general have largely been ignored or underplayed so far. Connections to Blago & Madigan, being an inexperienced billionaire like Rauner, ToiletGate…Time to stop being blinded by his bucks and start taking his faults seriously.
@Anonymiss - Those are public sector examples, entirely different from the unions that endorsed JB.
Different types of corporations have females at high levels of leadership. My current employer has a female CIO and my former employer had a female CEO, even though the 2 were entirely different industries. If they can do it, so can JB’s labor buds.
The Dems have to figure out what is most important. If it is having a war chest to compete with Rauner, than JB is your man. He appears to have a disconnect in that he says one thing and does another. He’s a tax dodger who says we need to raise taxes. He takes the moral high ground, and then we hear him discussing appointments with Blago. And now this, where he wants women well represented, only he hasn’t done it in his own company.
He reminds me more and more of Hilary every day. Do as I say, not as I do. The embodiment of the liberal elite.
Could sting in the primary. Rauner won’t be able to use it in the general. He had the same “problem” at GTCR. Plus, he couldn’t find any black or Hispanic people to hire either, in Chicago.
Interesting. Feels like JB is starting to tread water. Coming out as a candidate so soon and saturating the internet and airwaves for months means he’s no longer the bright shiny penny. He’s old news and his negatives big and small, fair or unfair, are starting to dull that penny as the stories show up in the media.
Quite frankly, I don’t care what claimed sexual orientation or ethnic or racial group someone belongs to. For me, the only question is: is that the best person available for the job?

JB gots all kinds of women and minorities working for him, stop by the local Hyatt and see for yourself. They probably arent gonna get promoted and help him with policy decisions though?
- Anonymous - Monday, Nov 20, 17 @ 2:59 pm:
And Rauner had no African Americans in any position at GTCR, still became Governor.

Hypocrite JB
- City Zen - Monday, Nov 20, 17 @ 3:07 pm:
That’s consistent with the labor unions endorsing JB who also have no women in leadership roles.
Even Citadel has female representation at the top C-level. Maybe JB should call Ken Griffin for EEOC advice.

I am 100% certain that Betsy Londrigan has her Twitter account fired up and ready to go.

Next it would be interesting to see if he is paying every intern $15/hr both on the campaign and at the firm.
The last thing the Dem party needs in this fight against rauner (and trump) is a hypocrite spewing lies under the Dem banner.

I thought he did release his taxes.
but happy this post exists so we can get yet another professional piece from Anon0091.

JB is building a multi-ethnic campaign but if you review the Pritzker Group Investment site there are no African Americans working for the group.

@BDF -…to see if he is paying every intern $15/hr-
That’s a fair point. But are Biss and Kennedy paying their interns?? The answer is no. Source? Friends who work in both campaigns.
I agree though, interns should be paid.
