Now that Illinois has moved from the bottom to the middle of the pack in funding for developmental disability services, have you noticed more employers in your area hiring this population?
Sadly, I doubt there will be a future where this question becomes applicable.

Related to the previous question: how often do you encounter Illinoisans from parts of the state other than your own and how, i.e., phone, email, meetings, travel/tourism, etc.?
If you work in government, how would you rate the services your department provides? If you don’t work in government, how would you rate your most recent 3 dealing with government?
In percentage terms, how much of the blame for the state’s current fiscal condition can be placed on Mike Madigan? What other individual or group shares a significant portion of the rest of the blame?
