I think the Coty of Springfield should spend the extra $4.3 million they have from the CARES act to contract with SIU to have a testing facility for the community that is open to everyone including Children. Walgreen has an 8 day wait currently and the Memorial site you have to be showing symptoms, which is a challenge as most positive cases currently are asymptotic.
