So, no, the original share is not greater than the current share. You could say the deal they struck was for a local income tax rate of 0.2075% (8.3% of 2.5). Today the total income tax rate is 4.95%. To keep the local rate at the same 0.2075%, the LGDF share of the higher total rate would be 4.19%.
