Was blessed with the opportunity to do a side-by-side comparison of both Buc-ee’s and Wally’s on the drive home from Thanksgiving, due to both being within a few hours of each other on I-44 in Missouri.
I’m glad to see we’re back up and running here. If only we could keep the layout of the backup site.

So glad the main site is back up, archives and all. I liked the temporary format last week but missed having the search engine and the links to old monthly archived blogs.
Perhaps maintain both this and the backup sites and see about copying all the monthly archives (back to October 2004) onto the backup site. Then see if we wanted to convert to the backup page?

Congratulations to Loyola Academy on it State Football Championship on Saturday.
So, “Everlose” (thanks, Huh? at 11:07am) is history. And so are the playoffs, according to NFL.COM, with a less than 1% chance to get in. Are the last few games even worth watching??
The last few games are totally worth watching. It is all about the development of Caleb Williams. There is so much to be learned. Though I still expect the run defense to be miserable. But if the quarterback can keep growing, nothing else really matters.
Will the Bears ever develop coaching and player consistency, where the coach and quarterback stay with the team for a long time? When will they hire the right people?

Nice to see the old site back. (Although I will say that I did like the ability to reply directly to a post.)
