I was listening to the score this morning, and they were treating the idea of the state helping to fund infrastructure for the Micheal Reese site as a real option.
Interesting about that on the Score. The Score has usually pointed out repeatedly that there is zero appetite for public for a stadium. They have played a Speaker Welch quote a lot of times.

I love the Score boys (and Leila!), but they’ve got to talk about *something* for four plus hours every day and sometimes a little nonsense will due.

A lot of commuters fighting for a cab at Union Station. Cold weather in Chicago is good for the taxi drivers.
