People are very annoyed with the Pardon and Ambassadorship for our disgraced former governor.
I think they will lose their minds with a Madigan pardon….
To pardon someone that is so criminally insane, so unintelligent, and so incompetent… is exactly what I would expect from this president. A totally farcical administration.
A developer just drastically scaled back plans for new housing at the Belmont red line station in Chicago. The original proposal was 200 apartments, now it’s just 44. Not a coincidence this comes a day after plans are announced by Trump for 25% steel tariffs.
I’m looking forward to hearing Illinois Republicans’ responses to the Blago pardon.
Is he still emblematic of “Democrat corruption” as they said or a victimized hero as Trump says?
(I’m not going to hold my breath — they still haven’t even tried to square the circle to explain why Trump pardoned the antifa false-flag deep state rioters of January 6.)

Ducky LaMoore - While the current administration certainly seems like the circus is in town and the clowns have arrived in force, and I certainly agree with your opinion of the pardon, the administration is beyond farcical. The possibility of the US going to war over some real estate developer’s desire to build a Gaza Riviera, turn Canada into the 51st state, take over the Panama Canal and Greenland; the total ignorance of or totally ignoring of separation of powers, and Congress going along with it; President Musk’s access to people’s Medicare and Social Security and who knows whatever other information; the just general disdain for the lives of their fellow human beings are all breathtakingly sad and depressing. I wish I could laugh, but I fear for our democracy.

Look up IL on Google maps. Zoom out, and you’ll see the Gulf of America. I had to check for myself to believe it.

So many people out-of-sorts over politics.
My FB feed reads like a bi-polar, turrets-having neighbor.
Take it easy, people.

The current president and our former governor were made for each other. Two peas in a pod.

Nope. I won’t take it easy. A while back my neighbor started flying a Trump flag. I no longer speak to them.

Blago really is a pioneer among corrupt Democrats turning to Trump for a pardon
