And get rid of their existing programming (some of which are duplicated between channels 21 and 41 anyway) and replace it all with the likes of the Springfield public access channels (including Access 18 for City Council meetings), pirated versions of BlueRoom Stream for all GA feeds, Illinois.gov live video including Governor’s press conferences (as is now going on in Venice), and other state government oriented video feeds.
