Friday, Sep 14, 2012 - Posted by Rich Miller * As the Sun-Times reports that a “tentative deal” on a teachers union contract has been reached, let’s while away the afternoon with some strike-related music. * Hip-hoppers Rebel Diaz have posted a new rap called “Chicago Teacher.” Listenable, politically leftist and literate… * Striking teachers from five Chicago schools took time out from the picket lines to make a fun little video based on “Call Me Maybe”… Pretty good stuff, but I actually prefer this parody of the song. * And the Chicago Teachers Strike Marching Band fires ‘em up… * Some non-musical strike videos…

Those are some really scary characters the Illinois Policy Institute put up in their video.
Usually, you have to go to church, Dominicks or a block party to encounter such sinister desperadoes.
Seriously, would anyone want to live in a community where the big brains at the IPI held sway?
