Monday, Apr 24, 2017 - Posted by Rich Miller * I was trying to explain some campaign finance loopholes earlier today and when the conversation was over I got up to walk around and found myself humming that old state tourism advertising jingle: “Illinois, you put me in a happy state.” And now I have an earworm that I can’t shake. So, I decided to make some lemonade… * The Question: Your suggestions for a new state tourism ad slogan?
