Because he got elected pretty easily by those same Illinoisans by a pretty wide margin and he didn’t hide where he stood on the topic. - Back to the Future - Friday, Jun 24, 22 @ 2:53 pm: Listened to the Republican Candidates for Governor Debate last night. Irvin did not show up. Lot’s of soft ball questions. A lady panelist asked Paul Schimpf who he would vote for if he had to pick from the other 3 candidates on the panel. He said he would not dignify that question with an answer. That was an appropriate answer. Schimpf came across as a very descent fellow who has the voting record to back up his claim on being conservative. Sullivan hit the God/Christian button a lot and the crowd clearly appeared to be in his corner. Not sure about the Sullivan Surge talk, but he sure was aggressive during the event. Bailey did not do well. Hard for me to watch him or his commercials. The more I see him the less I like him. Sorry, comments for this post are now closed.
