From the article over in the right column from High Times, I’m glad JB is one of the 5 governors requesting sanity. I am not a pot person but the need as a cash only business scares me and then this following paragraph from the article is simply inane:
Federal law currently classifies marijuana in Schedule I of the Controlled Substances Act, the classification meant for the most dangerous substances. This is the same schedule as for heroin and LSD, and even higher than the classification of fentanyl and methamphetamine – the drugs that are driving our overdose epidemic.
golf. people planning golf. others bemoaning having scheduling that does not allow them to golf. the sun and warmth feel good but think not great. climate change.
When it comes to pot, weed, marijuana, etc., perhaps it is time for the government to defer such decisions to the states. I mean, if they think abortion is a state’s right (I disagree with every fiber of my soul), then surely they can conclude pot should be regulated by the states.
On the other hand, other than censuring, impeaching, indicting and investigating each other, I cannot think of a single thing the 118th Congressional House of Representatives has done for the people they represent and the States.

It’s a nice sunny day in this part of Fotgottonia……but..it should not be 51 degrees like it is now.
