Maybe if O’Malley, Petey Fitz and the rest of the wings nuts had a sense of humor the party would not be in shambles. Oh, I forgot Keyes got more votes than Durkin.
Libertarians don’t like her either. 2002 petition challenge. Where were her Chicago employees on June 28, 2002? Actually, we know exactly where they were. We just hope Fitzgerald doesn’t sweep it under the rug like Lasser did with George Ryan using state employees on the clock in 1998 for the petition challenge.

We know where they were and that they got paid but like Madigan, she won’t tell us if it was regular time or vacation/sick. We just hope Fitzgerald doesn’t sweep it under the rug like Lasser did when George Ryan did the same thing in 1998. She probably belongs in a big bottle with bars.
Please, mention Topinka more. Libertarians don’t like her either. 2002 petition drive. Where were her Chicago employees on June 28, 2002? Or was it regular or vacation time they were getting paid. We just hope Fitzgerald doesn’t sweep it under the rug like Lasser did in 1998 when George Ryan did the exact same thing.
Ooops. Sorry. The post never showed up so I tried it again. And again. And again. I’ve had problems commenting on Blogger before and thought it was on my end. But you’re approving comments I take it. Now I know. Feel free to delete.
Actually, what I REALLY meant to say is: We love Topinka so much we’re going to ask her to run for Governor as a Libertarian alongside George Ryan for Sec. of State. George thinks the US Attorney’s have too much power so he might want to join up with us and get back at his Republican backstabbers. Who better to fix the Sec of State office than someone who knows exactly how to corrupt it. Scott Fawell for Lt. Gov. Roger Stanley for AG. Larry Warner for Comptroller. Donald Udsteun for Treasurer. You can’t beat that line-up for cleaning up Illinois government.
Yea, well, give me a pack of smokes, some Pat Metheny in the background, candles, a good bottle of Pinot Noir, and Barbara Bush to keep me company and I’ll be fine.
I had a problem with posting Friday night because of something I did. If I approved comments, that last one from Anonymous never would have made it through.
Jeff, I agree with you on the Barbara Bush thing. Ummm … we are talking about the *young* Barbara Bush, right? The one who just graduated from college? If not, damn, you are kinkier than I thought.

Well said anonymous. Spoken just like a Chicago truck owner with a city contract that ventures out to Will County from time to time.

Ok, boys. A little less profanity would be nice.
