Duckworth had only 8 donors from the district - roughly 1.5% of her itemized itemized individual dollars. Nearly 40% of her individual itemized dollars are from Chicago and North Shore Residents. Only 18% of donations below $200
What I also found interesting was that Duckworth had a 96% Burn rate this period. Her campaign is spending it all on taking out Cegelis, not banking it for Roskam.

Oberweis people have long been the scurge of Republican events, particularly other candidates events. So he hands out free ice cream in front of Topinka’s headquarters. That’s not all, his people regularly attended Gidwitz events and have handed out campaign literature there. It is one thing to go there as an individual, but quite another to campaign at a fellow republican’s event. He has some wierd people working for him… very peculiar. They are all odd spinoffs of conservative campus groups that enjoy angering average people with over-the-top posters… but that is just my point of view…

You know that saying, “you can’t take it with you”? What good is that cash to Duckworth if she loses?
You can’t win the general without winning the primary.

I got a mailing down here in Blm-Nor asking to contribute to the Duckworth campaign. Not unless she wants to run against Jerry Worthless Weller. Too bad she didn’t. We need to get rid of him and ship him off to help his wife in Central America.
