About a month ago there was an article in Chicago Crain’s Magazine that stated that Illinois Secretary of Transportation Tim Martin was leaving. Is that still true? When?

I passed through Yorkville and Kendall County over the weekend. Seemed to me that the “Home of J. Dennis Hastert” signs already have been taken down.

Gotta love politics in Illinois. Reading the SunTime article about cuts in county government. Todd Stroger in a press release informed the different deparments 17% cuts are needed.
In a Press Release. Maybe this was always done and I just didn’t notice it but, there must be a better way of communicating with your departments.

It taking a month to cut a $500K check to pony up on a lawsuit sorta gives credence to the complaints about the delays in timely medicaid reimbursement to providers…
