I listened to a little of Topinka’s appearance on 890. Someone brought up recall provision. She says it sounds good to her. I wonder if she’s really for it.

Kudos to Topinka if she really said that she supports a recall provision. Now, let’s get the whole package that Illinois voters have twice overwhelmingly indicated that they want–binding initiative and referendum.
