Rich said,
“Thoughts?”
I think Rich wanted a day off moderating controversial threads…

Wisco is beating us in binge drinking? Rich, I think you need to throw more parties.

The accidents make sense, given we’re the rail and interstate crossroads for the country.
Are they riding mules in Idaho? Per capita, they have the smallest carbon footprint and least public transportation funding. You have to travel a little bit to get around there.

Cincinnatus, we’ll have a “fun” question today. Be patient.

Has climate change moved Tornado Alley farther north (South Dakota’s “worst” is “most tornadoes per capita”)?
- amalia - Thursday, Apr 7, 11 @ 10:11 am:
I think it is simply appropriate that Andrew Sullivan publishes at the Daily Beast.

Love my iPhone from Verizon. My friend in Florida has AT&T and she loses her signal nearly everytime she calls me. And it doesn’t matter if she is inside or out.
Yeah, I saw the AT&T ads and I know I can’t use the internet while taking a call. Big whup.

Andrew Sullivan is a genius, plus a barrel of laughs. We need more like him . God Bless Him.

I’ve had an I-Phone for 9 months now. I went from never having a dropped call with US Cellular to constant call dropping with AT&T.
It is long past time for AT&T to get their act together and add to their capacity.

i have an iPhone 4 with att. i’ve had one dropped call. i’ve experienced 0 dropped calls in the last 90 days. but the first thing i did after getting the phone was to buy a band to protect the antenna. simple solution, no problems…

Thank goodness for the nuclear power. Without it we’d have so many trains bring up coal, they’d have to build more over/under passes. Plus our air would be unbreathable. I just wish Exelon would build some new ones.
Oh and until I hear of Tsunamis being formed on Lake Michigan, I’m not going to worry so much about a Japan experience.

hah! The best thing that they could find about Missouri is “Most Ozarks”.
That makes me smile.
And Arizona - “most solar power……potential”
Indiana gets the runner up prize though - “most trash per capita”. No wonder Indiana has that smell…
- bdogg - Thursday, Apr 7, 11 @ 1:28 pm:
that’s why at&t is trying to buy t-mobile.
- 3rd Generation Chicago - Thursday, Apr 7, 11 @ 3:27 pm:
Ever since AT&T bought up Cingular, my number of dropped calls went from rare to frequent.
It is true Illinois has more nuclear power plants than any other state, due to the low likelyhood of earthquakes, and also there won’t be hurricanes, just tornados.
As far as Autism, it is sad to think that there are increasing amounts of children each year being diagnosed.
