No Pension Reform, or a vote on the Conference Committee report until after October 4, at the EARLIEST.
Can’t give in to the Governor, and MJM and Cullerton are dug in deep, can’t look ilke Quinn’s “Act” worked, otherwise, long term damgaage wil result for all branches of State Government.
The bright side is the Committee has some more time to get to a solution, so …

My guess is that the parties were surprised at what the judge apparently didn’t know, and decided to add to his knowledge.
