The last time the Chicago Cubs won, the nation had a Republican President and Congress, Illinois had a Republican Governor and General Assembly, Cook County had a Republican County Board President and Chicago had a Republican Mayor. I wish you the best with the Caucus. As a Cubs fan, my hope is that the Caucus has plenty to root for and will be rooting through the month of October.
