A rising tide lifts all ships. A win tonight would be a rising tide for our city. As a Sox fan, I don’t just wish them the best, I’m willing it. Go Cubs!!
The Cubs have proven they have fight in them and so have the Indians. Rich the Cubs likely won’t blow the game, they could get beat because the Indians are such a good team, much better than many Chicago based reporters portrayed them. I think the Cubs win or lose will play in a way that should make their fans proud.

Playing off of OW,
Wile E. Coyote finally catch the Roadrunner tonight?! Just once in my childhood I wanted to see that damn bird get caught. I hope Acme isn’t based in Cleveland…

Tears Of Joy!!!
Just thinking of so many people who are not here with us to see this. This one is for them. This is one of the greatest sports stories in American history.
I tuned in for the last 5 or so innings. It was a great game and both teams wanted it. The Cubs came out on top and I was happy.
- Chicago Champions! - Thursday, Nov 3, 16 @ 1:59 am:
The Cubs players succeeded despite some highly questionable in game decisions by their manager. Joe Maddon’s moves backfired, but the Cubs found a way to win.
The Indians did an amazing job despite a depleted pitching staff and various injuries. Francona needed to close out the Cubs in five games and when the Cubs won on Sunday it was a great momentum shift.
So congrats to Tom Ricketts taking a page from George Steinbrenner and buying a world series ring. Now your just a normal team with nothing to whine about…..

Seriously, I expect another pitcher’s duel. I also expect, at the first sign of fatigue, we’ll see a good part of both pitching staffs tonight.

I am a Sox fan but not a Cub hater. And I gotta admit, their friggin plan worked. Go Cubs!

White Sox in 2005 were so much kinder to their fans, making it a no doubter by sweeping in 4.

There is a lot of baseball to be played tonight. It ain’t over until the last pitch is thrown and the last out is called.
As a some time Cubs fan, the heart has been broken too many times to get the hopes up until I see the final score.

Obviously a Cards fan, with the usual excuses.
Cubs took threw in a row from Dodgers, the last one against Kershaw, who had shut them out. Should be able to figure out Kluber on the third go-round.

Really? How many free agents are on this Club?
How many kids that went through the minors and came up with the Club?
This team was built, it was put together, but it wasn’t “bought”.
