Yeah, well, that’s just, like, your opinion, man
Tuesday, Aug 7, 2018 - Posted by Rich Miller * Sounds like somebody’s fee-fees are hurt. Maybe it was today’s Daily Herald story. Whatevs. Not like he’s got much of a path to victory anyway…

If there were reporters covering him regularly I would suggest “I poll with a high degree of confidence” shirts.
- People Over Parties - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:01 pm:
What a goof. Desperately trying to achieve relevancy.
- Precinct Captain - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:03 pm:
Big Lebowksi is in theaters this Wednesday (and was on Sunday) thanks to Fathom Events/TCM, check it out if you’ve never seen it on the big screen!
- Spiritualized - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:03 pm:
By confidence he means confidence interval. A statistical term.
- Oswego Willy - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:03 pm:
Won’t matter.
He might be in jail for not paying child supprt by then.
- Rich Miller - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:04 pm:
Spiritualized, I think we know what he means. Doesn’t make his threat any less goofy.
- 47th Ward - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:07 pm:
If the poll for Governor lists Bruce Rauner, J.B. Pritzker, Sam McCann and Grayson Jackson, how will we know how much support Benjamin Winderweedle has if his name isn’t included?
- A guy - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:09 pm:
It’s probably not a good idea to exclude media from Press Conferences.
- Rich Miller - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:11 pm:
===It’s probably not a good idea===
It’s probably not a good idea for a guy who’s polling at 1 percent to be threatening reporters. lol
- Ducky LaMoore - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:13 pm:
Eight year olds, dude.
- Pessimistic - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:13 pm:
If the press is excluded from a press event, did the press event ever really occur?
- train111 - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:18 pm:
Better still:
If Kash Jackson say a bunch of cray cray at a press conference — and the press wasn’t there to cover it - would his rantings really be crazy?
- frisbee - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:18 pm:
He should start with the student council then work his way up being a “master of the custodial arts”

- Siriusly - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:21 pm:
Rich - the Rick Lesser announcement press release that you linked to leads off with a glaring factual error. Drury was on the primary ballot . . .
Nothing says I don’t know what I’m doing like pushing out a launch press release with a factual error.
“LAKE BLUFF - Incumbent State Rep. Scott Drury tried to run for attorney general rather than re-election in the 58th House District, but he was tossed off the Democrat ballot before the spring primary. Independent and feisty Drury, who has been a thorn in House Speaker Mike Madigan’s side for the last few years, won’t be on the General Election ballot in November.”

“You want a poll? I can get you a poll, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don’t wanna know about it, believe me… Hell, I can get you a poll by 3 o’clock this afternoon — with cross tabs. These @#$%& amateurs…”

If I were polling at 1% and the poll is +/- 1%, I’m not sure I would want a more accurate poll.

Kash, you are entering a world of pain
- Rich Miller - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:48 pm:
Donny: Are these the Nazis, Walter?
Walter Sobchak: No Donny, these men are Libertarians. There’s nothing to be afraid of unless you procreate with them.
- treefiddy - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 4:52 pm:
This whole situation… This is a bummer, man. It’s a bummer.

===Johnson?
Jeff Trigg. Headed the Illinois Libertarian Party
- wordslinger - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 5:09 pm:
No snark, if this guy continues on his current trajectory, it’s not inconceivable that he will withdraw from his ballot spot before November.
Certainly some possibilities for intriguing shenanigans if that comes to pass.
- Ducky LaMoore - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 5:10 pm:
Oh please, dear. For your information the supreme court has roundly reject prior restraint.
- Archpundit - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 5:14 pm:
===he will withdraw from his ballot spot before November
Or his court appointed guardian will do it for him.
- Arthur Andersen - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 5:18 pm:
Arch, after he approaches Angie Dickinson?
- wordslinger - Tuesday, Aug 7, 18 @ 5:29 pm:
–Oh please, dear. For your information the supreme court has roundly reject prior restraint.–
Has the Supreme Court ever encountered anyone named Kash Jackson? Try to restrain him, and he’ll round on them.

I took a poll…and 98% of persons polled laughed out loud…and 2% laughed louder.

- bamatthews - Wednesday, Aug 8, 18 @ 12:36 pm:
This was much needed today. Am I wrong?
- LibertyFixxxer - Wednesday, Aug 8, 18 @ 2:53 pm:
I support Kash Jackson and feel family court in Illinois is super corrupt sewing as they profit millions in federal funds from SS based on child support orders. The guy should be allowed 50% custody of his kids with no child support as he is not violent and has no crimes against him.
As for a name change, people do it all the time. He’s been more than open about it from the start.
How can people be okay with people choosing their gender but not their name?
Policy wise Jackson and the Libertarian Statewide Ticket is way better than Rauner and the GOP and Pritzker and the Democrats.
