It looks like the feds may have at least two cooperating witnesses

* In the second pic, near the bottom…  “CW” is fed speak for “cooperating witness” (it can also be “confidential witness,” but that still means somebody is talking). This isn’t surprising. It’s expected. But this is the first time we have an indication that people are cooperating.

This is very big stuff because these are people who have knowledge of alleged crimes that were committed that are cooperating.

It appears there are many, many people being investigated. Elected politicians, lobbyists, government workers, and businessmen.

For what it’s worth, if you go to the village of McCook’s website and click on a link to the directory, click on the email links to any number of the personnel,including Mayor Tobolski, village attorney, FOIA, and most trustees default to the deputy clerk, Renee Botica.

Patrick Doherty is Jeff Tobolski’s Chief of staff. He was comfortably talking to the Chicago Sun times. He seems to be a free spirit.

A quick Google search of old articles indicate that the company contracted with local law enforcement officials to promote their cameras to other colleagues in jurisdictions. This could be why there is Police Officer A.
