Refreshingly lazy. Spent a lot of time binge-watching stuff.

Took extended vacation from work to spend more time home with family. In midst of the holidays I found out kidney stone pain is the most awful pain I have ever endured.
Other than going through Cap Fax withdrawal, it was excellent! My sibs came into town, and we visited friends, ate too much, did cultural stuff, and generally hung out and had a good time.
Pretty good. Took a little trip to see the granddaughter and her parents, ate too much really good home cooking, and took a perforce break, mostly, from IL politics to concentrate on national politics. Hoo-boy.
I keep saying every year that we should cater or eat out and make it easier on ourselves, but that home cooking is just too popular and tasty, no matter how long it takes, all the work and the cleanup afterward.
Was having a great time seeing family and friends, going to parties, eating too much, etc. until I got the Worst Cold Ever. After that, it was serious nap time.

Tampa’s food scene is terrible. Makes me grateful for the culinary wonderland that is Chicago.

Spent very nice time with family and binge watched all four seasons of The Expanse on Amazon. Politics in space. Highly recommend.

Very quiet - just Mrs. Stones and I. I broke out our grill and smoked a bunch of meat. We ate well.

Had to suffer though watching an almost 4 year grand daughter tear through endless presents while we all had great apple pie. It was rough.
