Rodney Davis needs to resign. Calling out the Governor for pointing out the flaws in the U.S. federal gov’t is not good. Davis either work with the Governor to fix the problems or you will be thrown out of office.
So is Congressman Davis going to run for Governor?

Or more likely he will be remapped out of his district in two years. In the same district with at least one of either Bost, Miller, LaHood–and maybe Kinzinger could come into play for the northern parts of the current 13th (around Clinton, Bloomington, Champaign and maybe even Decatur).
I read what he posted on Facebook in the complaint. It’s horrible but not in the least surprising from a Trump supporter (many of whom will tell you with a straight face that they’re not racists/bigots). Who would be a union leader and support RTWFL for his members, and for every public employee in the country, but someone like him? He needs to be fired, especially in this age of police brutality awareness.
Yesterday, there was a post about unemployment rates and DCEO announced a reduction in the rate of unemployment from the October rate. However, I found this link on the DCEO website which states that the Illinois unemployment rate was actually lower in October: https://www2.illinois.gov/ides/lmi/Pages/Current_Monthly_Unemployment_Rates.aspx
Weird that they sell themselves as such, “It was not until August 19, 1981 that the FOP Lodge No. 7, became the collective bargaining agent for the police and the union for 8,202 Chicago Police Officers. The current President is John Catanzara, Jr.”
==Even if they are not a union it sure does quack like a duck.==
And I assume that also includes other FOP chapters outside Chicago, including Troopers Lodge #41 in Springfield (whose lodge is along Lake Springfield near the church camps)

Catanzara is in the crosshairs of COPA, apparently. Took long enough.

Region 4 and Region 5 each have fewer than 20 ICU beds available.
Statewide, 75 percent of ICU beds are occupied.
Let’s hope everyone got their flu vaccine.
COVID is now the #1 killer of Americans over 45.
Merry Christmas, Rodney Davis and Darren Bailey.

Sox fans are deep in debate, McCann vs. Grandal. It happened, we got a good new pitcher, move on.

The FOP is not a union.

Didn’t know that, but thank God it isn’t, with this type of leader.

When I first glanced at this reply I thought Sam McCann was making a political comeback.

I think it based on each chapter, they can organize as a fraternity, union, or both.

In the “About Us” section of the Troopers Lodge 41 website, they describe themselves as a “bargaining unit.” Sounds like #41 is union.
