I only saw this story over the weekend, but Moline has terminated their contract with the consulting firm (Strageia Communications) that tried to give WIU-Quad Cities the boot in favor of another U of I campus (per former mayor Acri’s wishes):
How do Chuy and those other Hispanic elected’s that say we need more people that look like them in office think Alexi is progressive and the person they are backing? What about Anna Valencia? What is Alexi promising or paying for these endorsements?
Now that Illinois is going to license another 190 dispensaries, how about issuing those long-awaited licenses for craft grows and the additional cultivation centers?
Adding 190 new sellers for a product without increasing the supply of that product is kind of dumb. As in, “empty dispensary shelves again” dumb.

In great news for the IPI, Liberty Justice Center, and all billionaire funded anti union entities, SCOTUS rejected a case that sought to end public employee unions’ right to exclusive bargaining representation.

At long last the illinois revenue outflow to Wisconsin from Chicago’s New Glarus & firework smugglers is being reversed.
Hopefully that border cannabis store carries a strain called “Foxconn Deal” just for fun too.

“It’s personal biases and just downright uneducated … .”
A lot of that everywhere, not just north of the Cheddar Curtain …
