I find it interesting that the Chicago City Council has spent so much time bringing peace to the Middle East these past few weeks, but yet can’t find the time to reduce crime in the City of Chicago with better economic policies that bring opportunities to the people that actually voted for them.

Hoping to knock out some last bits of Christmas shopping
Bears: move to Arlington Heights, please. Thats what I want for Christmas

Glad to hear that Oswego Willy is okay and is just on a break. Several scenarios came to mind about how that might have come about. 1) He binge watched Fox news and suffered severe brain cramps and he’s still in recovery. 2) He read the former Grifter in Chief’s posts on No Truth Anti-Social and just got very depressed over all the time he had spent in school learning proper grammar, punctuation and spelling. 3) He’s very busy online buying copies of the Pogues reissue of Fairy Tale of New York to try to get it to the top Christmas song on both the Irish and UK charts. In any event, best wishes, OW.

Once a month I take off the liberal hat and pick up the free copy of Gun News. The final issues December editorial advised owners to not register. Appears to be very low compliance so far. Family members anecdotally conform this.
Glad to hear OW is okay, I was getting concerned something was wrong. It’s hard not to notice when he’s not around. He is the most prolific commentator on this website.

“editorial advised owners to not register” So the All American, Law Abiding, Patriots are calling for people to break the law. Good to know when they call to get tough on crime and crack down on the borders.
Thanks to the Millers for all the hard work you both put into this… it is much appreciated. Enjoy your well-deserved break and Happy holidays to you and yours.
There’s no stay on the enforcement. The Courts thus far have ruled in favor of the law. You don’t get to ignore a law (unless there is a stay) just because you are challenging it.
Aren’t you from the crowd always crowing about gun owners being “law abiding citizens.” Well, you need to fit that description and actually abide by the law.

The weather patterns are changing so rapidly that Garden and Gun may become a useful subscription for our area. Porches used more of the year.

To OW: Hope you’re on the mend.
To the gun registration: Why register when the rules aren’t even finalized, and court challenges are still pending?

===Why register when the rules aren’t even finalized, and court challenges are still pending? ===
Emergency rules are rules. And the state law is on the books pending possible judicial review, which is essentially true of all laws.

==Why register==
Because you’re breaking the law if you don’t.
==and court challenges are still pending?==
