10% increase in rates for Comed, I think the SOO green people know something that we don’t. Otherwise, why would they spend many, many times more going underground instead of monopole steel towers?
Watched “The Fugitive” on AMC last night. It was my first time rewatching the movie since the ’90s. As much as the story and performances were still entertaining, it was fun time-traveling back to an era of Chicago and many locations that no longer exist. Also made me wonder if Roland Burris carved a reference to his cameo on his tombstone.

Hot and windy in the 60827 on the border with Chiraq. Remember to put your shopping cart in the corrals, not blow across the lot into vehicles.
@hisgirlfriday–Well now I guess I will have to rewatch as well, because you piqued my interest about locations that might no longer exist. I do remember at least one location didn’t exist at the time–a phone booth they set up in UChicago’s Crerar Science Library for some reason. A great Chicago/Illinois movie though.

And I also thank you, Rich, for the videos. This one in particular to kick off summer. Looking forward to her show in August at Tinley Park.
