Art] Tenhouse said Blagojevich even shows his lack of knowledge about agriculture when he tries to do something nice. Blagojevich bought a champion steer at the state fair and then joked he might have to keep the animal at his mansion in Springfield “since nobody else is using it” while Blagojevich lives in Chicago. For you city folk, steers are, um, purposely deprived of the ability to reproduce.
