Friday Topinka blogging

Friday, Feb 25, 2005

I have no idea what that means other than it looks like a menu.

Friday Topinka blogging is beginning to bore me, mainly because I’ve used up most of the good pics of her that can be found online. Any suggestions? Or do you want to keep your weekly dose of Topinka?

I grew bored with it after just a few weeks on my blog. There just aren’t that many interesting pictures of her.

  2. - ArchPundit - Friday, Feb 25, 05 @ 11:22 am:

It seems like a new way to excite the Hating Judy crew is in order. They aren’t responding anymore.

  3. - Rich Miller - Friday, Feb 25, 05 @ 11:29 am:

Yeah. Who do they hate these days? I’ve lost track of their hit parade.

  4. - Anonymous - Friday, Feb 25, 05 @ 1:56 pm:

How about Friday postings of Joe “Brickhead” Birkett I am sure there must be goofy pictures of him getting his head bashed in as a youth or as the grand marshall of the Cinco De Mayo parade in Elmhurst!

    Democrats. RINOs. Libruls.

Why worry about JBT when there’s real silliness out there to write about. Here’s a little tidbit from the SunTimes.

Now this is entertainment. You can’t make this stuff up if you tried:

Eason Jordan, Ward Churchill and Stroger.

  8. - Anonymous - Friday, Feb 25, 05 @ 7:01 pm:

Of course there’s no state money for things like auto insurance or education. It’s all going to pay the grossly inflated salaries of everyone who got hired after the inauguration. Or to contracts held by contributors to G-Rod. Think of the good he could do if he actually spent some of that campaign war chest on real issues.

  9. - Anonymous - Friday, Feb 25, 05 @ 10:30 pm:

Since every picture of Patrick O’Malley is terrifying to most everyone, I’d give him a run for a while. Give Tammy Faye (and us) a break for a while.

How about switching to Condeleeza the Dominatrix ?!

  12. - Drew Hibbard - Saturday, Feb 26, 05 @ 10:18 am:

Ward Churchill…that would be great. Some professors at my college (University of Illinois at Springfield) LOVE this guy. One of them even had Ward in a class 30 years ago.

    1) why did you change the format of the front page? i used to be able to scroll thru more past posts.

2)there is an endless supply of unintentionally hilarious bush pix… just sayin.

  14. - DMV - Saturday, Feb 26, 05 @ 1:03 pm:

I think a theme is more appropriate–like Wonkette’s periodic candidate baby-eating contests. Illinois pols with obscure beauty queens, eating ethnic food while wearing silly headgear etc. Encourage submissions–anyone with a phone camera can catch Pate Phillips picking his nose.

  15. - Anonymous - Saturday, Feb 26, 05 @ 1:15 pm:

    What about Maya Keyes?

  16. - ArchPundit - Saturday, Feb 26, 05 @ 1:44 pm:

    You could rotate

    Jim Edgar
    Jim Thompson
    Ray LaHood
    Gerwitz
    Kirk
    Coulson
    Maybe Ann Marie Lipinski

Or just put a pic up of McKenna and see it happen.

They seem to send the intended audience into random splutterings. And for those concerned that the Dems don’t get it the same way–just post a G-Rod pic.

  17. - ArchPundit - Saturday, Feb 26, 05 @ 1:45 pm:

At least Eason has some role that actually matters the whole Ward Churchill thing is funny because he’s so not in any position to really influence anyone.

  18. - Craig - Sunday, Feb 27, 05 @ 7:41 am:

Friday Morning’s with Lisa ” Legs” Madigan.

  19. - Rich Miller - Sunday, Feb 27, 05 @ 5:17 pm:

    To “t”

    1) I didn’t change the format.

    2) I don’t do national blogging.
