  2. - Just Observing - Friday, Mar 28, 08 @ 11:37 am:

  4. - Six Degrees of Separation - Friday, Mar 28, 08 @ 11:40 am:

IIRC, this was a U of I Urbana Republican group that printed the TShirts and presented one to the gov when he was at an appearance there. He obviously took it in stride and sort of made a joke about it. This was already covered at CapFax, complete with this or a very similar photo, and should be in the archives somewhere, but I’m not sure when.

  5. - Z - Friday, Mar 28, 08 @ 11:40 am:

The young man in the photo is Justin Randall, the former President of the UIUC College Republicans.

Kiyoshi Martinez, formerly with the DI and now with Senate GOP staff, covered the event (which was related to sale of the ISAC student loan portfolio, IIRC). He also blogged about it here: http://thenextfrontier.net/2006/05/10/blagojevich-sucks-a-hit-with-governor/
