IIRC, this was a U of I Urbana Republican group that printed the TShirts and presented one to the gov when he was at an appearance there. He obviously took it in stride and sort of made a joke about it. This was already covered at CapFax, complete with this or a very similar photo, and should be in the archives somewhere, but I’m not sure when.
Well, Napoleon, maybe you can get an updated one ‘Blago still sucks’. The back could say ‘Doing it my way’. I could go for that, but don’t do tees, gotta have an oversized black sweatshirt, please.

The young man in the photo is Justin Randall, the former President of the UIUC College Republicans.
