Didn’t We Have It All? - Whitney Houston, enhanced by VanillaMan

Remember that massage in the rain?
The nights your ‘roids made you insane?
We can take that night into tomorrow
    Living on feelings
Touching you, I feel it all again

Didn’t we almost have it all?
On election night you had that win
The ride with you was worth the fall, my friend
Your running mate was really Pat Quinn
Didn’t we almost have it all?

Those nights we held on while reporters called
You know you’ll never get out alive
Didn’t we almost have it all?

The kid’s support checks that never came
As you spent millions pining for personal fame
A moment at the top of the political heap
All was lost when they revealed you as a creep
Finger point at everyone else as blame

Didn’t we almost have it all?
    From pawnbroker to Number Two
The ride with you was worth the fall, my friend
Your Half-Time tears will have to do
Didn’t we almost have it all?

Didn’t we almost have it all?
    Like Blagojevich and his friends
The ride with you was worth the fall, my friend
Illinois politics will never be the same again
Didn’t we almost have it all?

Rich said: “Also, I don’t think the photo is in any way related to this” - you’re right, not related.

I was by the SLC office yesterday afternoon and the banner was still there.

I stood there for a good 30 seconds debating about jumping up to try and steal the banner myself. Someone else had the same idea I guess.

I vote for O. Willy, can’t do better than that.
