I received one of Mr. Crook’s pieces of the senate chamber from my co-workers when i left staff many years ago. It is one of my most prized momentos of my Springfield life.
As for a Caption, “Now they belong to the ages”
His pieces are synonymous with Springfield. I have two of his works, one of which is autographed by all my former colleagues when I left the House, which I love. But I always thought that he should do one that has all of the seats occupied by mushrooms and ducklings. It’d be an instant classic.
Thanks for the compliments, but I didn’t mean to let the air out of the balloon. You people are all pretty creative and clever. I can’t believe there are so few comments on this one.
I can not say this any plainer. If this place WAS a bar, and we were Bellying Up, when you dropped that line, the next beverage would be on Me, and I would leave your comment alone.
Since I couldn’t get you that beverage, all I can do is understand, that post can’t be beat. The limitied posts is a credit to a job well done.
