    Former Governor Quinn, this type of petition drive does NOTHING to help the current mess the state is in. The State of Illinois has term limits….it’s called elections! Instead of only trying to promote YOURSELF, offer a viable plan to end the stalemate. We know how you WORK DAY AND NIGHT for solutions, and since you are planning on running again, there is no better time to offer up a plan.
