Supporters of an organization called the Better Government Association in a state that leads the nation in distrust of state government are “knuckle draggers”
Did you notice in the video that every take of him smiling was the same footage? Some poor schmuck had to search hours and hours of video to find scenes of MJM smiling and could only come up with one.

How were the IPI types such spectacular failures at real jobs in the executive branch when they have dorm-room bong-hitter skills like this?
- WhoKnew - Thursday, Apr 19, 18 @ 9:53 am:
I often find myself thinking, you just can’t make this stuff up!
But, I guess you can…..

The only way this would be better is if it were Madigan sending it to IPI

Love this! Happy Birthday Mr. Speaker!

What did I just watch? My eyes are burning.

One question. I’ve now been Rick rolled twice this week… but it was here… so Rich rolled? Asking for a friend.

Great use of nonprofit money. The 1% donates money (tax deductible) for this.

First - this is pretty damned funny. It really is. It’d be funny with about any legislator morphed into the video…
But, how does the IPI square this with their years of trying to prove they are a legitimate (non-partisan?) policy influencer?
It reinforces what most of us with a grain of common sense already know - they are a cheap, partisan, sleaze generator.
Advice for the BGA - this approach is a great way to make your knuckle-dragging followers laugh…if you’re trying to take them away from IPI.

Well played IPI. Really need to lose this pariah in House Speaker’s clothing.

the really funny part is that we all know Tillman starts every morning watching himself in the mirror signing this into his hair brush

The first 30-35 seconds pretty funny…….tooooo looooong.

- Langhorne - Thursday, Apr 19, 18 @ 10:43 am:
A bit long, but really funny. The pitch for term lmits at the end seems like a disjointed add-on.

And remember, donors get a tax write-off for supporting this charitable content.

Does the IRS ever review 501(c)(3) staus? How is this not political?
- A guy - Thursday, Apr 19, 18 @ 11:57 am:
It’s really a funny piece. Maybe just a toe ring away from being completely ingenious. /s
Don’t know what it accomplishes, but it’s very fun to watch. Once.

I’m shocked that the IPI knows what a rickroll is… Kudos.

Oh, c’mon. It’s not a campaign ad.

Is too long 1:10 was enough and the remap plug is lame when you look at the IPI/GOPies clown car. Now we need a version with Tilman at the Globe.

Here I thought I was going to get through the week without being scarred for life by IL politics again

Hilarious. From one whack job to another whack job. Can we eliminate BOTH?
