The guy has been absent for the entire crisis. The GA has not acted at all. He has been absent from all public press briefings with the Governor. I don’t think he’s done any skype or zoom interviews or open meetings.
Yet he has the gall to send out this letter just as the word is being spread by his people that a BIMP is being put together. Disgusting
The ridiculous scare tactic choice of language in his letter is insulting. Why can we expect the “same dynamic to play out in Illinois this November?” Illinois has a billionaire Democrat Governor with a 70% approval rating.
