As long as I’m smiling, I’m styling.

  2. - Boone's is Back - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 3:25 pm:

“Yes let’s all get jiggy with it”

  3. - ;) - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 3:35 pm:

Trying too hard, and failing, as usual.

  4. - Amalia - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 3:37 pm:

    Keepin’ Up With Stratton

  5. - Dan - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 3:43 pm:

The Governor is seen here recreating his graduation performance from the Al Gore School of Dance.

  6. - Dance Band on the Titanic - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 3:47 pm:

If he keeps practicing that dance, he’ll have it down pat for when Darren Bailey wins the GOP primary.

  7. - Candy Dogood - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:01 pm:

The most appropriate caption to this video is a GIF from the movie Hitch.

  8. - DisappointedVoter - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:01 pm:

Would love to see all the old white guys commenting here trying to do the same. You included, Rich.

  9. - New Day - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:03 pm:

“Would love to see all the old white guys commenting here trying to do the same. You included, Rich.”

As a rhythm-free old white guy, I was thinking the exact same thing.

  10. - OneMan - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:06 pm:

He looks like the Vice-Principal at the school pep rally…

  11. - Anonymous - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:07 pm:

Governor Pritzker has issued an indoor mask mandate for everyone regardless of vaccination status, especially when six feet of distance cannot be maintained. So we are to do as he says but not as he does?

  12. - Bigtwich - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:09 pm:

=The Governor is seen here recreating his graduation performance from the Al Gore School of Dance.=

Dancing to an Al Gore rhythm?

  13. - jimbo - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:21 pm:

~~indoor mask mandate for everyone …So we are to do as he says but not as he does?~~

Nice attempt, but the Pritzker pavillion is an outdoor bandshell. You should come to Chicago sometime and check it out.

  14. - Dotnonymous - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:26 pm:

Looks like everyone is having fun… remember fun?

  15. - 47th Ward - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:26 pm:

    Sky Fail.

Good to see the Governor give it a go.

  17. - Lt Guv - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 4:45 pm:

He’s better at it than Trump. That’s not political- they’re both old white guys. Trump was just truly Goreian.

  18. - bogey golfer - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 5:10 pm:

Won’t criticize JB. Takes me at least 3 strong vodka-tonics to get me out there.

  19. - Independent - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 5:18 pm:

J.B. honors recently deceased rapper Shock G with his take on “The Humpty Dance”.

  20. - Henry Francis - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 5:28 pm:

JB should have gone over to talk to John Rogers as he wasn’t dancing.

Pat Quinn, as goofy as he may have been, never had the issue of his Lt. Gov looking too cool next to him.

  21. - Huh? - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 5:29 pm:

“The most appropriate caption to this video is a GIF from the movie Hitch.”

    This is your space.

  22. - Captain Obvious - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 5:38 pm:

I’ll take “Things You Can’t Unsee” for $1,000 Alex.

  23. - JoanP - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 5:39 pm:

    @ anonymous 4:07 -

That’s an outdoor space. (It is, in fact, the Pritzker Pavilion, named after the Governor’s uncle.)

  24. - danray - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 6:05 pm:

Happy my Governor is a good sport.

  25. - Amalia - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 6:05 pm:

John Rogers said khaki pants not khaki dance.

  26. - Al - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 6:51 pm:

    Visual appetite suppressor.

  27. - Belden Ave - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 7:16 pm:

-Pat Quinn, as goofy as he may have been, never had the issue of his Lt. Gov looking too cool next to him—

I’m not so sure…I watched PQ dance live on a morning show the morning after the Hawks won first Stanley Cup and did a good job being goofy on his own

  31. - Dance Party - Tuesday, Oct 19, 21 @ 10:46 pm:

Glad the Lt. Gov is back on the stage.
