Just an example of “process”…
HB2808 looks like it’s going to die on the vine; sitting in the Rules Committee since 3/10.
Then on 5/19, along comes Senate Amendment 1 to HB3903 and by 5/25 it’s passed both chambers.
My hat’s off to Rich and Isabel (and others) that track and report on all this stuff.

No, that will occur in January 2025 when the 103rd General Assembly adjourns for the final time, just before the 104th is sworn in.
However, there should be a bunch of bills “re-referred” to the House Rules Committee and the Senate Committee on Assignments. Those are not dead, though, they can be revived to the same stage they were at when the chambers adjourn.

Italian Month - October ?
What about German Americans ?
Oktoberfest ?

@ Red Ketcher
German American Heritage at the US level is in October. Oktoberfest, though, is the last half of _September_ (and the first week of October). Local celebrations/festivities may vary.
