Republican or Democrat as long as you are having primaries just declare the winner your candidate. Then give the candidate 30 days to pick a Vice President and whatever party that wins elections have your celebration at inauguration.

The list of convention speakers, especially the “celebrities,” unimpressive.

Not a lawyer, so correct me if I’m wrong, especially as you are, but isn’t this how it is supposed to work?
Eileen Cannon, as a district judge, is obligated to adhere to precedence. The Supreme Court established multiple times Special Counsel appointments are lawful.
Thus, she should have dismissed the motion filed by Trump’s lawyers. Trump’s side then could appeal the ruling to the Circuit Court, who also must adhere to precedence and dismiss the motion.
Trump’s lawyers could then appeal the case to the Supreme Court and ask them if they want to revisit their past rulings.
Again, correct me if I’m wrong.

Should and must are two different things. That’s what she should do. She can make whatever ruling she wants though. Besides, precedent doesn’t mean anything anymore it seems.
