In person, early. I like the tradition but not waiting in line.
- Google is Your Friend - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:13 pm:
Much easier to research the judges doing VBM
- KSDinCU - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:14 pm:
In person, on the day. My polling place is so close, and I always see at least one neighbor there. I like the shared civic spirit.
- Southern Illinois Teacher - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:17 pm:
My wife and I enjoy either mail or early drop off. It gives us time to look over each specific candidate for any information about their views or time to read over any ballot questions.
- Proud Papa Bear - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:17 pm:
In person early.
I never want there to be a possibility that I could miss it (weather, sickness, other emergency).
- Rich Miller - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:17 pm:
I prefer in-person, but I’m not always in town.
- Remember the Alamo II - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:19 pm:
In person, early. I am usually working on Election Day so I go the weekend before to cast my ballot.
- yinn - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:25 pm:
In-person, early. I’m an election judge so always want to have personal biz squared away on The Day.
- JoanP - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:27 pm:
I prefer in-person, on Election Day, because it’s fun to chat with neighbors and the inevitable campaign workers. That said, I do like the option of vote-by-mail because it’s not unusual for me to be out of town.
- Bud Grant - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:27 pm:
I vote early in person. Don’t want to chance a last minute issue that would have me miss voting. I have been voting since the Presidential election in November 1980. I have not missed an election. All primaries and general elections, even a few special elections.
- JS Mill - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:36 pm:
I prefer in person on election day since my polling place is very close. I have voted by mail and voted early a couple of times.
- Loyal Virus - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:37 pm:
in-person early because I’ll be doing GOTV et al on Election Day.
- Steve M - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:39 pm:
Nearly always vote in person on election day. Never have to worry about lines for our precinct. Only voted early during COVID to avoid the crowds
- Northsider - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:41 pm:
Drop-off early. Love having time to actually look up info on judicial candidates; I’d VBM but don’t trust the Post Office under its current management with my ballot.
- Mister Ed - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:47 pm:
In person early voting allows you to vote when it’s convenient and when there is no or little waiting in line.
- Flyin' Elvis'-Utah Chapter - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:49 pm:
Walking into the courthouse on a gorgeous day in early October to vote is just too easy.
I got to know our County Clerk who was in office when early voting started. He said it was the best thing to happen to his office in his career.
- DuPage Saint - Tuesday, Aug 18, 26 @ 12:50 pm:
In person on Election Day. Been doing that so long I could not do it any other way. Am I like going to the polling place and seeing it all n action
