I get texts almost every day from blue candidates. Wondering how they got my number since I never gave it to anyone, never joined any of their organizations, and have never given money to a political candidate.
It’s easy enough to delete the messages, but it feels like the surveillance machine is running efficiently.
Just a few yard signs in the Decatur area and a handful of fund-raising texts. My former wife donated to the Obama campaign when we were married so my phone number lives on in blue candidates’ fund raising databases. The most unusual have been the handful of Talarico fund raising requests. (Just got another one this morning.)

Every day is a good day…Mr. Armstrong’s music can only make it better.

Here in Central Illinois I’m starting to see “Vote Blue” signs on the edge of farm fields where there were once MAGA signs.

Thanks for posting a great jazz video featuring Louis Armstrong.
It’s a pleasure to watch without a certain candidate who is running for Chicago mayor pitch his message on YouTube.

I’m sure they got it from the voter file.
