IDOT’s latest report has 2024 statistics for miles driven by county and road type. You would need to find and calculate yourself any kind of normalized numbers (e.g. per capita or per licensed driver).

Average gas prices in Illinois today are up more than a dollar a gallon compared to just one year ago, at $4.45.
The Quad Cities and Springfield are enjoying the lowest gas prices in the state, while Chicago and Quincy have the highest.
Chicagoans drive far less though.
